The rooms were modern, clean, and the location was great with nice views.

Staff at front was very friendly and tried to be accomodating but room ammenities & cleanliness was the issue.

Room was filthy, no towels, no tv converter, alarm clock busted, stains on the night stand, hair in tub, and all over bathroom floor. Will never book there again.

a modern and incredibly friendly hotel, my first choice in welland. holiday base for travelling to welland and exploring local places. impressive units with good wifi. a work desk, a flat-screen tv, and a seating area in the room.

Beds were too firm.

The units were clean and had coffee available, along with nicely arranged pillows. the staff was friendly and welcoming. Conveniently located next to a coffee shop and close to many tourist attractions in Niagara Falls.

This was a great stay, great prices. I appreciated the QUIET atmosphere. It was in a favourable and stunning location with Seaway Mall nearby. A supermarket and a convenience store were right next door.

The front desk lady at check in was extremely helpful, courteous, and kind. She addressed our concerns immediately to our satisfaction. We had our dog with us. There is a nice green space at the back of the hotel for our dog to explore. In the morning, we enjoyed bagels and fruit for breakfast too.

The building is older and a bit run-down.

The place was super clean and the wifi worked really well. Plus, it was in a great spot for strolling around Seaway Mall - perfect for shopping or just hanging out. 🛍️

The staff was extremely willing to help us with anything that we needed. Everyone from the front desk to the ladies who cleaned the rooms were friendly, helpful and fun to interact with.

The facility is in need of repairs and several of the items in our room were broken or needed attention. There's a smell in the hallway of the 1st floor that was overwhelming as if there was another smell that was trying to be covered over.

The staff here are friendly, the rooms are clean and well-equipped with nice bathrooms, coffee, and good WIFI, plus it's conveniently located near a coffee shop and mall.

The staff were friendly and efficient and the free breakfasts were good although one day there were enough tables to go round but not enough chairs. It was conveniently placed to visit with our friends and if we had needed to find somewhere to eat there was a good choice of eateries in the area.

Check out took longer due to problems processing the Booked.net reservation...almost charged twice.
